‘The Change Curve Podcast’ is a group podcast with Helen Clark (Mint Blue Consulting), Chris Baigent-Reed (Jigsaw Tree), Paul Miles (Silverback Consultancy) and Chris Pitt (consultant and guest contributor). For over 25 years, Chris Baigent-Reed, founder of Jigsaw Tree, has excelled in Financial Services. She values honesty in service and prioritises client success.
Outside of work, Chris cycles, walks her dog Bruce, enjoys playing tennis, and raises money for charity, participating in events like the National Three Peaks Challenge.
Her expertise spans Business, Technology, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Operations, and Sales Management. Chris is also a member of the Public Advisory Group (PAG) of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
Helen Clark, Mint Blue Consulting Ltd
With over 35 years experience across Wealth Management firms, supplier delivery and consultancy, Helen moved from Financial Advising to specialise in Project Management in 2000 within a National Financial Adviser firm.
Since setting up Mint Blue Consulting in December 2017, Helen has continued her passion to deliver tailored projects for firms including Integration Mergers, Propositions, Technology implementations, Process automation, business start ups and restructures for both Adviser Firms and key suppliers within Financial Services.
In between Project work Helen can be found facilitating and speaking at events and assisting young people at a local school with their career aspirations. She has also become a Board Advisor for start up firms, helping them along their journey and was delighted to win ‘Woman of the Year – Fintech’ 2024 for her work supporting and encouraging women across the industry.
